Hi. I use InterProcessSemaphoreV2 in my application and I need to revoke an 
acquired lease under certain conditions. Locks like InterProcessMutex support 
cooperative revocation by implementing Revocable interface. Can same be done 
for InterProcessSemaphoreV2?
