    Description: 
when  i read  apache curator code on github , I use  `git blame` to  read the 
history commit on some method or class.

Since [spotless 
format|https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/CURATOR/issues/CURATOR-674] all 
code base, so i can not  get the right commit history.

But i can think i can use `.git-blame-ignore-revs` to fix it
