Hello, The contribution guidelines mention to tag a jira ticket in any PR. I also see that gh issues are imported from jira but it does not appear the curator jira project can be self-joined (or I wasn't able to figure it out). Given this, what is the recommended process for a first-time contributor to raise an issue?
