Apache ZooKeeper is ZooKeeper not Zookeeper.
I seem to remember that "${DESCRIPTION-AND-SCOPE}" had to be something
very specific wrt wording. I can't remember off the top of my head
though. does anyone remember? Perhaps it's fine as-is?
