A user asked for Aegis to 'unqualify' attributes by default.
I realize that I'm fuzzy on what this means for the schema. Does this mean that the attributes are in the default, nameless, namespace, or does it mean that they are in some namespace but that their prefixes get suppressed on the way in and out?
