No idea what would cause this.  Maybe the path ends up too long for
Windows?    
I guess I would try deleting the integration\jbi directory and running
an "svn up" or similar to see if it will retry fetching it.

That said, Apache had issues on the SVN server late last week.  It was
very 
heavily loaded and stuff.   Thus, it may have just been a transient
error and 
it may work now.   Don't really know.
