I note with some concern that we aren't executing any sort of contributor agreements. Apache has iCLA, dev.java.net has the rather obnoxious SCA.
Without something like this, there is the potential for a cloud of legal ambiguity to hang over the toolkit. Perhaps IBM and Sun have handled this in some general way, but me, personally, I'm a recipe for trouble :-)
