Hi,
I'd say checkout cxf 2.4.2 tag
svn co https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/cxf/tags/cxf-2.4.2/
cd ./rt/transports/http/ (the module which have CXFServlet.java)
change that file and mvn clean install this module
then
cd distribution/bundle/jaxrs/
mvn clean install
this can build new cxf-bundle-jaxrs-2.4.2.jar which have your revision.
