Hi Dan, I am suspecting there might be some sort of incompatibility introduced in 2.7.11 with https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=cxf.git;a=commit;h=545a6fcaf9d503d4e0b08bb4ce4cba12893b7b2c
Below in the exception stack where org.apache.cxf.configuration.security.AuthorizationPolicy was picked and complained for 2.7.11, I see AuthorizationPolicyHolder in 2.7.10 which is processed fine and this AuthorizationPolicyHolder was removed in the above commit.
