There were several bugs with 3.1.0 (it is a “.0”) that would be good to get out. The big one being all the ws-security stuff in OSGi is flakey, if it works at all. There have been a bunch of other good fixes as well. Thus, I’m thinking of doing a 3.1.1 maybe on Friday.
