I have now updated cxf-dosgi to cxf 3.1.1 and karaf 3.0.3 as base for
the multi bundle distro.
The build runs without test failures and I tested my DOSGi tutorial
example successfully with Karaf 3.0.3 and Karaf 4.0.0.
The new dosgi release will be the first to be compatible to karaf 4 and
will require at least karaf 3 now. So it is in line with current cxf 3.1.x.
Please take the time to also do some tests before the release.
