I have created swagger-api/swagger-core#1558 at Swagger with purpose of
exploring the possibility to create a new JAX-RS 2.0 module there, instead of
accepting this PR in CXF.
If they are keen to work that way, I will remove this PR; otherwise I will
propose to merge this PR.
