This change, which made it into JBoss EAP 6.4.4, gives me the following
exception when using SOAP with attachments:
```
java.lang.ClassCastException: javax.mail.internet.InternetHeaders cannot be
cast to java.util.Map
org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.interceptor.SoapActionInInterceptor.getSoapAction(SoapActionInInterceptor.java:86)
```
I guess the CastUtils.cast construct was there for a reason.
