I believe Dan will be looking into creating a release once he is back,
next week.
AFAIK any of CXF PMCs can do the release but usually we 'let' Dan do the
hard work :-). Typically Dan does the minor releases every 6/7 weeks,
which is reasonable. Sometimes it takes longer. But indeed, I guess it
is important to highlight that the release schedule is not something
that some CXF committers control tightly.
