Hi,
thank you for reviewing this merge request. I have been able to reproduce
the problem even with the code using the timer task to remove the callback from
the exchange.
About the merge request, I cannot reproduce the failing test
org.apache.cxf.systest.jaxrs.sse.tomcat.TomcatBroadcasterTest.testBooksStreamIsBroadcasted
on my environment.
