@adriancole @mohdshariq1 Sorry guys, it looks like a regression in CXF (not
related to Brave) in the way we handle JAX-RS Features (it is not very
consistent sometimes). The issue was that server-side BraveFeature was not
initialized, I have just committed the fix into master. My apologies for that.
