CXF on builds.apache.org/analysis

Hi,

the Sonar instance that is linked on 
http://cxf.apache.org/automated-builds.html is no longer active.

I would setup a separate Jenkins job for the new installation on 
https://builds.apache.org/analysis. Any objections?
