Update on this. Here's a doc from the Working Group outlining how this will be addressed. - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1VMXVzdfBflKfhW0rmTJXI2sRAdECaVTXnElZ_RSrUME/edit# Short answer is its modeled after the JCP solution to this that did allow individuals of companies to participate. There is an Individual Membership Participation Agreement already, but a new Consent Agreement is being drafted that the company would sign saying more or less "I'm ok with their participation and won't sue you (claim patent or ip rights) over what they contribute."
