This PR is a work-in-progress with the target to migrate CXF to Jakarta EE 9. Any help is appreciated, as I am a Jakarta REST Committer and JAX-RS Expert Group member, but still CXF beginner... ;-) Status: Package renames mostly done, now trying to get it build again...
