This PR contains the unit test to verify ECHD-ES implementation using the
apache cxf WSS4J interceptors.
NOTE. Because ECHD-ES is currently developed in XMLSEC and wss4j libraries
the PR request uses the SNAPTSHOT versions. If PR will be merged the
versions must be changed to released version when they will be available
