What it fixes:
- -Xdv crashed when combined with -enableIntrospection. That option makes
XJC name boolean getters getFlag() instead of isFlag(), but the default-value
plugin only looked for isFlag(). Any xs:boolean with a default value therefore
crashed code generation. I reproduced the crash, and after the fix the getters
return the default correctly.
- Failures writing the generated files gave no message. If writing the
output failed (disk full, permissions), the error was recorded but never
reported. A forked build then failed with no cause, the same symptom as the
earlier fix. It’s now reported like every other error.
