The browseUrl entry in the build.sbt file is incorrect and is not functional.
The URL cannot be found, get a "404 - No such project" message.
The browseUrl entry should be "browseUrl =
url("https://gitbox.apache.org/repos/asf?p=incubator-daffodil.git";)".
