Pulled the latest updates from incubator-daffodil which included commit
ea41975b92f41383160b162f4a3f718bb7c9f5ee.
Executed the new TestIsScannable test several times with out a SDE error.
Need to investigate further whether these tests are sufficient or if additional
tests are required.
