NACHA schema (on DFDLSchemas github) has a ticket about suppressing a warning
that we get for almost every element in that schema:

This is the warning we get:

The warning is misleading, it should say that for an element with no empty rep
the default value can only be applied on unparsing (where the criteria is that
the element is not in the infoset).
AND that corrected warning, which we'll still get for every element of NACHA,
needs to be suppressable for a schema like NACHA where otherwise you get dozens
of them.
