Packed, BCD, and IBM4690 packed binaryNumberRep parsers and unparsers have been
implemented in commit 8d9aadab07a2f422dfae527b3a4d1cb4047a6efa.
Calendar support has not yet been implemented and will be tracked in a new bug
ticket.
