Test simple_type_properties_binary_number_13_01 has been enabled and removed
from scala-debug
Test length_delimited_12_05 still needs needs support for delimited parsing of
non ISO-8859-1 encodings (see DAFFODIL-1541)
Test AU has been enabled and removed from scala-debug
