So these DFDL schemas, the FOUO ones and any others, should not have org/apache
directory structure. Nor should they have had edu/illinois/ncsa directory
structure.
The right thing is src/main/resources/com/tresys/army_drrs
I.e., com/tresys since we authored the schema. If mitre authored it, (e.g.,
jpeg), then the directories should be com/mitre (or is it org/mitre?)
