The CSV schema on DFDLSchemas has
leadingSkip='0' alignment="implicit" alignmentUnits="bits" trailingSkip="0"
Presumably this is because Daffodil gives SDE if these are not present.
As a textual representation, these properties should not be required. Daffodil
should not SDE if they are absent.
