Dave Thompson closed DAFFODIL-1925.

Pulled latest updates from incubator-daffodil repository which included the
specified commit, 2a4c81ac76ee6abd49ffa8bff40d432e63a1f5b6.
Verified that the specified files were no longer included and daffodil
successfully builds and executes all sbt tests.
