2.3.0
built-in-formats.xsd replaced by DFDLGeneralFormat.dfdl.xsd.
Others should be listed as separate bugs if found.
It's not a bug (for Daffodil) if some schema doesn't follow this naming
convention. IBMers don't actually use this convention.
