Michael Beckerle closed DAFFODIL-1554.
--------------------------------------
    Resolution: Not A Problem

DFDL Workgroup activity not to be tracked on Apache Daffodil JIRA tickets.
Track elsewhere.

> DFDL Spec - consider arrays of zero-length as legal in hidden groups since
> they're defaultable in some sense.

> If the array can have zero elements, then that should satisfy the need, as a
> zero-occurrance array is "defaultable" in some sense.
> The other "trick" which is to make it an array of complex elements which
> themselves contain defaultable/OVC elements, may or may not work, and it's a
> hack.
