 Review comment:
   Add comments. Why are we dynalinking this? A: so that when we compile the 
tdml runner, we don't need a static dependency on daffodil's own tdml 
processor. 
   
   This makes it a bit easier to setup use of the IBM DFDL processor. You don't 
have to modify the classpath of the daffodil-tdml module, because it doesn't 
have a processor on its classpath.
