Fix For: 2.3.0
Add some sub-projects to eclipse-projects so that we can have two
simultaneously open projects under eclipse, one of which has Daffodil TDML on
the classpath, the other has the IBM DFDL Cross tester on the classpath.
This facilitates running tests against either or both from a convenient IDE
right-click menu.
