Steve Lawrence resolved DAFFODIL-999.

Resolution: Fixed
DAFFODIL-114 was resolved to support prefix lengths. Some minor changes were
made (on the ISO8583 daffodil-dev branch) to workaround bugs or limitations in
Daffodil. With those changes, the ISO8583 schema is now compatable with
Daffodil. This ticket is resolved.
The following issues were created to resolve the bugs/limitations, wich would
allow some changes to the daffodil-dev branch to be reverted:

* DAFFODIL-2022
* DAFFODIL-2026
* DAFFODIL-2029
* DAFFODIL-2031
* DAFFODIL-2035
