A user reported the following files failed a rat check:

These files look like are generated by some test that uses the classname or
something, and just not properly cleaned up, (might be windows/cygwin
related?). So not an issue as far as rat check goes, but these files really
shouldn't be generated in in the root directory. They should either go in
target/ or /tmp.
