Similar to running daffodil in cygwin, some users want to run run daffodil in a
Git For Windows shell. Just like cygwin, this requires the Daffodil shell
script to convert linux style paths to windows style paths in the classpath.
Cygpath is used for that in the shell script when we detect a user is running
under cygwin. We should do someting similar for Git For Windows.
