There is a commented test that appears to be correctly set up, but fails with
Parse Error :Convert to Integer (for xs:int): Unable to parse '0�122'
This may be because one of the characters being used as a delimiter requires
multiple bytes in UTF-8
The test in question is test_byte_entities_6_10
