Description:
There are several Log(Debug) calls that duplicate messages in subsequent PE
calls. An example of this can be found in PrimitivesDelimiters.scala.
We don't need to call logging to duplicate things that will be PE or SDE. True
the PE might be masked by backtracking, but really these logging calls aren't a
replacement for a decent trace that shows what is going on. Other tickets are
about improving the trace with this information.
This ticket is about removing spurious logging calls that are clearly redundant
with PE or SDE.

Unrelated to this bug, but I thought we got rid of all these duplicates log/PE
messages? I thought we made it so that PE's logged? Don't worry about it for
this bug, but please create a bug to take care of that.
