The build instructions call for a module libcriterion-dev which ubuntu (20.04) seems to not know about.
Trying to install it piece by piece leads to libcriterion-dev requires libcriterion3 which requires libc6(>=2.38)... at that point I figured I better stop and ask, as I have libc6 2.31-1 installed (came with the OS)
