Hi all, I wanted to send out a status update on the Daffodil 3.11.0-rc2 release candidate. We have decided that some of the surrounding infrastructure for Daffodil, namely the Daffodil SBT Plugin and Daffodil 3.10.0->3.11.0 transition documentation, are not quite ready for Daffodil 3.11.0 to go live.
Therefore we are planning on delaying the release of 3.11.0 until these supporting software and documentation are ready. These issues are not directly related to the Daffodil 3.11.0-rc2 release candidate and as such we are planning on leaving this open. So, barring any surprises, once Daffodil SBT v1.4.0 is released and better transition documentation is ready the plan will be to move forward with RC2 as the final release.
