DataFu’s current Spark matrix recompiles production sources for each Spark
version, proving source compatibility rather than compatibility of the released
artifact.
We should add CI that builds the DataFu Spark release JAR once, using the
default release configuration, then runs the existing tests against the latest
patch of each supported Spark minor version without recompiling DataFu
production sources.

* Every runtime test uses the same built JAR.
* Test the latest available patch release of every Spark minor line declared
supported by DataFu. Keep the matrix explicit and easy to update when new patch
releases become available.
* Keep the existing source-compatibility matrix.
