Summary: Change packages from datafu. to org.apache.datafu.

All the packages currently start with datafu. We should change this to
org.apache.datafu. Note that if we are following [semantic
versioning|http://semver.org/] then we will have to bump the version to 2.0.0
for our first release, as this is technically a breaking change. Any
objections to this?
