Hi! There is an ongoing discussion[1] about donating datafusion-contrib/datafusion-orc[2] to one of Apache ORC, Apache Arrow or Apache Datafusion.
This repo has been moved into datafusion-contrib organization for more than one year and receives continuous contributions from more than three different affiliates[3]. I think it's suitable to donate this repo to the Apache. Please leave your comments on the ticket if you would like to participate in the discussion.
