This release candidate is based on commit: 4be9bcc0b6ddd334be49da92aaafab94259946d9 [1] The proposed release tarball and signatures are hosted at [2]. The changelog is located at [3]. Note this RC needed a small change to the RAT checking, which I made a PR for in main[4]. Please download, verify checksums and signatures, run the unit tests, and vote on the release.
