I hope you are doing well. My name is Arjun Nair, and I am a second-semester B.Tech Computer Science (Core) student at VIT-AP, India. I am highly interested in contributing to the "Improving Python Bindings" project under Apache DataFusion for GSoC 2025. I have a good understanding of Python and am eager to gain experience contributing to open-source projects. While I am new to APIs and Foreign Function Interfaces (FFIs), I am excited to learn and contribute effectively to this project. I have started familiarizing myself with DataFusion’s Python bindings and would love any guidance on how I can best prepare to contribute.
