[~vvitanska], Please, check create\delete flow for endpoints.
Expected behavior:
After startup: in DB should be 9 roles with 'cloud: general ' type.
After creating (f.e AWS endpoint) added AWS roles
After deleting (f.e AWS endpoint) deleted AWS roles (general roles should stay)
