The bug was found in branch DATALAB-2091.
*Preconditions:*
# Library from Python3/Others group is installed successfully on Notebook
# User is located on Manage library pop up
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Type the same library from Python3/Others which has been already installed
but indicate wrong version
# Click Install button
*Actual result:*
# The status changes to Invalid version
# The version of library is the previous
*Expected result:*
# The status changes to Invalid version
# The version of library is new
