Description:
1. GCP:
Java group is absent for:
* Jupyter with TensorFlow
* Deeplearning
2. GCP/AWS/AZURE
* Get rid of pip2 from Network (F12)
3. Related Compute should have the same lib list as a notebook. Please
accustom it between DeepLearning and Dataproc
