Description:
The bug was found on Azure, possibly is related to other clouds.
*Preconditions:*
* zeppelin is created on azure
* dataengine cluster is created (spark 5.3)
*Steps to reproduce:*
1. Terminate Spark on Zeppelin
*Actual result:*
# Spark termination fails with error "urllib.error.HTTPError: HTTP Error 500:
Server Error"
*Expected result:*
# Spark termination is successful
