Problem is:
On the test env template name is *Google Deeplearning notebook*, instead of
*Deeplearning notebook*.
Reason is: some script on DevOps part.
Need to be fixed from DevOps part (change name from Google Deeplearning
notebook to->Deeplearning notebook).
On azure ( env was created by Jenkins) problem not found!
